REFUND POLICY

Lior Luxe Studio Med Spa is not a medical clinic, hospital, or primary care provider. Services provided are intended for cosmetic, wellness, and aesthetic purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical history and conditions prior to receiving services.

By booking an appointment and receiving services at Lior Luxe Studio Med Spa, you acknowledge and accept that outcomes may vary and that all services are performed with informed consent. Lior Luxe Studio Med Spa makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding treatment results.

REFUND POLICY

At Lior Luxe Studio Med Spa, we are committed to providing high-quality services and a positive client experience. Due to the nature of medical aesthetic and wellness services, we maintain the following refund policy.

APPOINTMENT & SERVICES

All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a treatment has been performed, no refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, perceived results, or change of mind. Individual results may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

We require advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within the required notice period may be eligible to reschedule without penalty.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation or no-show fee, at the discretion of Lior Luxe Studio Med Spa for the amount of $50.00 per cancellation or missed appointment.

  • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

Specific cancellation windows and fees may vary by service and will be communicated at the time of booking.

PACKAGES & PREPAID SERVICES

All packages, memberships, prepaid services, and promotional offers are non-refundable. Unused services may be forfeited if not redeemed within the time frame specified at the time of purchase.

DEPOSITS

Deposits, when required, are non-refundable and will be applied toward the scheduled service. Deposits may be forfeited in the event of late cancellation or no-show.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Under California law, gift cards with a balance of less than $10 may be redeemed for cash upon request. Gift cards do not expire. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

PRODUCTS

All retail product sales are final. Defective products may be reviewed for replacement at the discretion of Lior Luxe Studio Med Spa. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

REFUND EXCEPTIONS

Refunds will only be considered in rare circumstances at the sole discretion of Lior Luxe Studio Med Spa management. Any approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Circumstances that may be considered:

  • Service not performed as described due to our error

  • Medical emergency preventing treatment (documentation required)

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

DISPUTES

Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date. Please contact us directly before disputing charges with your financial institution.

THIRD-PARTY BOOKING & PAYMENTS

Appointments, payments, and intake forms processed through third-party booking platforms are subject to this Refund Policy. Any disputes must be addressed directly with Lior Luxe Studio Med Spa.

POLICY UPDATES

Lior Luxe Studio Med Spa reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
